🌟 Roommate Wanted – Move-In August 1st! 🌟
Hey everyone! My best friend and I are looking for a third roommate to join our chill household starting August 1st. Here’s what you need to know:

🛏️ The Room/Rent:
• $/month (includes rent + utilities)
• You get your own bedroom with a walk-in
closet
• Shared bathroom
• Utilities & Wi-Fi are split evenly (~$ total)
• You’ll be added to the lease (credit score of + required, no evictions/bad rental history)

📍 Location:
• minutes from downtown Richmond Va
• Right across from grocery stores, restaurants, and general shopping

🐱 Household Info:
• LGBTQ+ friendly is a must
• We already have 2 cats, so unfortunately no dogs
• Need someone who’s okay with keeping it low-volume sometimes—one of us works from home at a call center

I’m a quiet gamer & tech lover (Overwatch, Marvel Rivals, Alexa everything 🤖). I work from home and keep to myself mostly unless I’ve had a lil drink lol 😅

💫 Jacob: | He/Him ♏️
He’s a mechanic, into anime, art, the gym, and hangin’ with friends/girlfriend. Usually not home during the day.

🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏽 We’ve been besties for 9+ years (Panera Bread OGs!)
We’re super chill, very low-drama, and want to keep the house peaceful, respectful, and comfy.

📜 House Rules:
• Let us know if you’re having guests, especially in shared spaces/overnight
• Keep shared areas clean
• Respect closed doors—even if they’re open lol
• No smoking (per lease)
• We’ll go over more in person—we’re big on mutual respect + good vibes and respecting eachothers boundaries
