About us:
We’re a married couple in our s—friendly, chill, and big on clear communication. LGBTQ+ friendly. Rusty, our one and only dog, is sweet and cuddly but not willing to share his humans with other pets. 🐶

Details about the room & apartment:
✅ Private, unfurnished bedroom (small desk available if wanted)
✅ Shared single bathroom (so let’s all be mindful of time)
✅ Full kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer/dryer access
✅ Rent: $/month all-inclusive (utilities, internet, etc.)—a little flexibility for the right platonic fit 😄
✅ Two pools on the property
✅ Exercise room open during office hours

Requirements:
⭐ Must commit through end of December (matching our lease)
⭐ $ admin fee to be added to lease (includes standard background check)
⭐ References will be checked
⭐ Sober household: No alcohol, no illegal drugs
⭐ No pets (Rusty insists)
⭐ No guests or overnight visitors
