The room has a bathtub shower and a separate toilet and sink. There are two closets in the room. This is a step down bedroom. The house is shared with other roommates. There is a shared living space, dining space And fully equipped kitchen with the basics. There are laundry facilities on the side of the house and a very large backyard. We do except Pets with a $ deposit per dog only to max. All utilities are included. There is parking on the property and on the street in front of the property. The house is beautifully located near the famous hard rock, hotel and casino. Across from the casino is a McDonald's and as you work your way back towards the house, there are many stores and restaurants and other establishments, including on the corner of the block there is a gas station and minimart.
