My name is Adison, and I am looking for a roommates to fill 3 bedrooms in a small, cozy Brookline Apartment as soon as possible. I am looking for someone willing to sign on for a minimum of one year, with the lease starting on September 1st. The upfront fee is $ for the smallest room only, as it is a combination of the first month of rent, the last month of rent, and a security deposit equal to one month of rent.

The building is located at Beacon St in Brookline MA. The front door of the building is within 5 minutes of the Cleveland Circle stop on the Green C Line, making it very convenient for those who have a commute into the city.

Each of the 3 bedrooms is priced differently, at $, and $ per month respectively. The smallest bedroom has direct access to the small porch area, the medium bedroom has an especially large closet, and the largest bedroom has an extended office space with a closet and a large window that lets in sunlight in the morning. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are common areas for all roommates.

The apartment features Central Air Conditioning, High Speed Internet, and a full kitchen. There is no laundry on , but there is a full laundromat within 5 minutes of the building, and the porch can be used for drying clothes. Utilities each month are around ~$.
