Furnished master bedroom for rent

My name is Fabian, and I'm a live out landlord. I have a four bedroom condo apartment located on North Manhattan Avenue between waters and sligh Avenue. I'm renting the master bedroom furnished with its own private bathroom. Utilities included ( wi-fi, electricity, and water ). There's already a male roommate living in the apartment. If you're interested, first,.you have to submit a background check at the condo admin office and sign a rental agreement. Once you're approved, you have to send the first rent month via zelle or direct deposit. Then you'll get the room and main door keys and the parking tag.
