Millwoods, Knottwood area. 1 bedroom for rent. rd Ave is about a min walk, which is the major artery for public transportation.

I live in a townhouse, the room is in my basement, its kind of dark as there is only one window. On the main level there is a half bath (sink/toilet) that is used by the renter (and company if anyone is over). Shared laundry, kitchen, livingroom, and shower (upstairs).

I've got a dog, so unfortunately no other animals.

Rent would be $, everything included including wifi. Damage would be $. I've got an extra parking stall (outdoor).

I would prefer a student, but am open to almost everyone.
