This is a GREAT rate since we signed so early in October. The Pacific and Malibu is a luxury apartment directly on campus. The apartment comes fully furnished, includes washer/dryer, full kitchen, rooftop pools, gym, sauna, security, parking etc. All roommates are sweet and friendly girls.
