This is a safe and quiet neighborhood full of families, college students and professionals who work from home or commute to Lynnwood, Seattle and Bellevue. Condo has an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and balcony. You also get a free spot in a single space personal garage that comes with the condo unit and there’s lots of free guest parking. Other amenities include: Basketball court, a clubhouse that has a rather humble workout room and a pool! This is a lease transfer, looking for someone to replace my tenancy/ half on a two person lease. You will have your own room and your own bathroom while sharing common areas. The young woman living there and staying on the lease is kind, down to earth and looking for another female tenant or couple who has the same desire to keep a clean and reasonably quiet space. Water and trash/recycle service is included in the cost. Gas/electricity is separate, tenants responsible for directly to Snohomish County PUD and varies depending on use, generally about thirty-fifty USD between two people. Extra storage closet on the balcony and a couple storage shelves in the garage. Already gently furnished in common areas but there’s room for more furniture. You will need to fill out an application with the property management company which will start the process of the lease transfer. You must have decent/good credit, no prior evictions and proof of income. If your screening comes back good you’ll sign onto a redrafted lease.
