The available room is a bedroom on the 1st-floor of the 2-story house. There will be 3 other male UMD students (including me) in the house. The available bedroom will be unfurnished and is one of 2 bedrooms on the first floor. There is a full bathroom adjacent to the first-floor bedrooms, which will be shared.

There is another bathroom shared by the 2 tenants on the 2nd floor. There is a full kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer. There is also a washer and a dryer unit.

Utilities are not included in the rent. They are typically an additional ~$.
