East Boston Roommate Wanted

Hi guys,

I'm looking for someone to take over the lease of my current roommate (he just got engaged). I've already resigned and will be your roommate in the house. This is a month lease starting in September (potentially Aug if needed). This is a ba house in East Boston (5 min walk from both Airport and Wood Island T-stations).

About me: I'm a yo engineer from Georgia. I've been in Boston for about three years. I enjoy traveling, food, anime, shopping, music, and skateboarding. I work for a biotech company outside of Boston. I'm a clean roommate and try to not take up too much of the shared spaces.


Total unit rent is $ a month without utilities ($ per room). No brokers fee. At signing: First, Last, & Security are required. Credit and background check required. No pets.
