Room for Rent in Simi Valley!

My boyfriend and I are looking for another roommate! We currently have two other tenants, both girls and around the same age range (’s). We’d like to keep the positive and friendly atmosphere so we hope you do too! We also like a clean house, so please keep your areas tidy and clean up after any messes made :) We have kitchen space available for food and cooking accessories. Pool and kitchen included, amenities included into rent, located in West Simi Valley. Perfect epicenter for many locations. We have two bigger dogs, my boyfriend’s pit lab and my roommates husky.
