Looking for a third

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to take the third room in a bath apartment right on Harvard Ave in Allston. It’s a super walkable spot — Green Line is a few minutes away, buses are even closer, and you're basically surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops.

We’re both in our mid-s, working full-time and taking classes part-time, so weekdays are pretty quiet for us. We’re clean and easy to get along with, and we’re hoping to find someone who’s respectful, tidy, and doesn’t mind splitting the occasional chore.

About the room:
It’s the biggest one in the apartment
Comes with a private bathroom (!!)
Rent: $/month

Washer & dryer in the building
Central A/C
Private balcony
New building
Pet-friendly (cats and dogs are both fine and do not have additional rent)
We’re looking to sign the lease ASAP with a move-in around Sept 1.
