We have one room available in our bath duplex on 1st ave between th st.

The room is furnished with a full size bed and shelf and has a closet with storage and a window that gets lots of natural sunlight.

There are four other roommates, all of them are male, two are LGBTQ, they are all working and/or studying full time.

The apartment is in East Harlem, one block from the East River Shopping plaza with Costco, Planet Fitness, Aldi, and Marshall’s.

M bus is on our corner, blocks away, Citibike docks on every corner. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Must have proof of income, credit score +, one months security deposit + 1st months rent to move in.
