This house is
beautifully designed, with private pool & spacious yard, high-rise ceilings + skylights & an open layout with the spare rooms on opposite side from master, adding space & privacy :) The rooms are both available, with the bathroom in between them with a small hallway. Located in Apopka/Altamonte in a friendly & safe neighborhood. min from Maitland/Casselberry & minutes from Winter Park & DT! The spare rooms are unfurnished & the house is jungle themed! I have a friendly kitty Cleo, additional pets are welcome if they do well with other animals :) I’d prefer a non-cigarette smoker but it is friendly! Also would prefer females but open to LBGTQ & potentially a couple or male if they’re platonic & respectful. Message me here or on for videos of the spaces - I’ll be uploading more
pictures soon! Ideally looking for someone who could afford both rooms & to have the bathroom to themselves, which would be more like realistically. But I’m open to renting them separately if both are willing to share the bathroom!
