Beautiful Apartment in Queens

My current roommate is going on a long work trip out of the state but doesn’t want to give up the room lol and I’m looking for someone to sub-lease the room from July st,, it’s a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen, we are very clean and tidy so we need someone that’s clean as well, I’m a photographer, very fun and outgoing, I just want someone with a positive energy and spirit, home is dog friendly.
