Couple looking for home

My partner and I (both months) are looking for our own place. We are hoping to find a townhouse. We have a female cat and are very quiet people. We aren’t the partying type. My partner games and I do a lot of reading and baking. We have been flatting together twice and have never had issues with our roommates and landlords. We are tidy and full time uni students.
