Lease Takeover: Suites ($/mo)

Description

Hi! I have a lease which starts at August th at the suites for the floor plan of bath triple floor plan. I won’t be joining this year due to problems. I’m looking for someone to take over my lease agreement for the same. I am willing to pay a % of rent for the first month as an added perk. Thank you!
