ISO of a room beginning September

Description

Hello! I am looking to move toward the beginning of September and am ISO female roommates only. I do have a cat who is older, well-behaved, and chill. He does not claw at anything and mostly keeps to himself. I consider myself an ambivert and am very clean. I work from 4am to noon Monday through Friday. I'm hoping to find someone who is also fairly clean and doesn't do house parties (of course I'm fine with small gatherings, just no loud partying). I do like to have adult beverages but am respectful about it!
