Looking for roommate!

Looking for a female roommate to take over a lease for the August year. The rent for this room is $ a month plus around $ for utilities. It’s a 5 minute walk from the CSU Business building and is a great location for students.
The new roommate and I are cleanly, value communication, and we do have two cats, so unfortunately we aren’t looking for any dogs, but another cat can be welcomed.
A little bit more about us is that we love going to concerts and enjoy nights out, but also value a good calm night at home. We do enjoy the outdoors, like hiking, but we don’t get to do that very often. I just graduated from CSU in December with a Bachelors in Psychology and ASL and the other roommate graduated from CSU-P with a Bachelors in Criminology and a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems.
