Room To Rent in Radford

I am looking for a subletter for a townhouse in Radford. It is right across from the Radford campus. The rent is $ a month and there are two roommates. 1 is downstairs and 1 is upstairs. The townhouse has two bathrooms. I will not be living there. You can move in after I move my stuff out (pretty much immediately) if you have the rent money available. There is a laundry unit inside the house and wifi is included. Utilities are $ a month depending on the weather.
