Couple looking around Malibu area

Hey guys! We are looking for somewhere close to my job at Mastro’s Ocean Club in Malibu! We lost our homes in the flood in San Diego last year and have been living in airbnbs during our move to LA. We are not looking to spend more than $ and would prefer a guesthouse, small home, casita, big apartment, etc. and amenities are preferred, we only have one car, we don’t drink or smoke and have no pets!
