Private room in a 3 bedroom house

Description

I recently adopted 2 dogs. The previous owners had an unexpected emergency and had to get rid of them immediately. I'm gone all day during the week and need someone who can take care of them while I’m at work (walk them/let them out back), which is why the rent is so low.

Access to all common areas of course. Currently building a home gym in the garage.
