Looking for multiple new roommates
Very large house, in a super nice and quiet neighborhood with very close access to interstate.
Everyone room is fully furnished expect for the empty bedrooms. Will have access to home gym, high end theater room with surround sound, massage chair, smoker grill, instant cold water purifier spout in kitchen, and patio furniture overlooking south mountain. All lights in the house have smart RGB capabilities and can easily change color/turn on/off through an app.
Also will have access to 3 community pools (2 of which are heated year round), 4 basketball courts, 2 sand volleyball courts, and multiple tennis/pickleball courts through the HOA.
Currently occupied by myself, my 2 medium sized dogs (well behaved), and my friend. Both of us are chill and like to keep the house clean.
