- Preferably a whole house or townhouse
- Clean and well kept
- Proximity to Georgian College would be a big plus
- Parking is a must
- Laundry would be a big plus
- Quiet, safe area
- Dog friendly (our dog does not cause any damage)
- Open to a different size than listed
