I’m years old and my brother who is years old live in a 3 bedroom rental. We have 3 dogs so we would prefer if you didn’t have pets. The rent is $ but includes a furnished house, washer-dryer, dishwasher, parking, fenced in yard, firepit. The $ includes utilities but help with electric bill if it is high that month.
