I’m looking for a responsible and clean roommate in Tempe. Rent is $/month – includes everything except electricity.

The space is peaceful, no drama, no parties. I’m laid-back, keep to myself, and I’m just looking for someone mature, respectful, and on time with rent.

The entire apartment is furnished except the empty bedroom. The empty bedroom does have a new box spring.

I’m willing to do a virtual tour of the apartment if you’re seriously interested.
