What's up yall! Looking for a 3rd guy to join us at beautiful MERGE . STARTING AUGUST 1st. It's a great location and even better living situation. You'll be living with me ( Ethan) I'm and a US NAVY DIVER. I work at MCAS MIRAMAR and if I'm not at work I'm at the gym. Super lowkey I keep to myself and I try to stay clean!
You'll also live and share a bathroom with (DAVID) he's and an engineer with kiewett construction. Also a workaholic and super lowkey.
Overall we are all busy and professionals but we like to be friends with who we live with. Alright enough about us. The unit is SQFT so small enough but also big enough. We have in unit washer and dryers. A super efficient AC and heater, we are. A 3 bed in bath unit so you would share a bathroom with David. The utility bill is usually pretty cheap and we keep the house cool.
It's about bucks a person on a spends month in the summers we have a small front porch that's empty waiting to fill with furniture.
RENT IS $ TOTAL
ETHAN- I pay $ because I have space in the Garage.
DAVID- pays $ because he has the bigger room with no garage space
YOU- will pay $ and will have a smaller
Room like me but space in the garage.
