Looking for roommate or room

Hello I am looking for another affordable pet friendly place in Barrie. I'm willing to possibly pay more if the room is a good size. Bonus if there is a private bathroom, but otherwise is the amount I feel most comfortable with if everything is shared and isn't a large room.
