Hello, I’m looking for a roommate for a newly renovated bath apartment. You will have your own private bedroom and a shared bathroom. The utilities will be paid separately which will be split equally between us. The use of common areas such as kitchen and drawing room will be equal. You can bring your own furniture as this is an unfurnished apartment. I’m looking for a long term roommate who has a stable job/income and who can pay the rent on time. Looking for a working professional female but open to males too. Smoking and vaping is allowed but outside. Pets are allowed too only if they’re don’t bite and aren’t aggressive.
