Apartment:
Shared two-bedroom apartment: one large bedroom available. Semi-private bathroom (shower shared, but there is an additional half-bath that is otherwise used). Shared laundry, dishwasher, microwave, and balcony with BBQ is included in the unit. Utilities and Internet are included in the price. Bike room available, but no parking space. Roommates:
Currently occupied by one couple in the second bedroom, looking for a similarly quiet person to enjoy the space. We like hot drinks, spending time studying at the library, and try to enjoy the shared living space equally with everyone. We almost never drink, we have board games to share, and are generally just trying not to kill all the plants (and failing).

Location:
min walk to both Joyce and Patterson SkyTrain station allowing for 1 zone travel, no matter which direction you want to go. min walk / 6 min bus ride to a grocery store, GoodLife fitness, a women-only gym She's Fit, as well as several open-late restaurants. min bus ride to Metrotown. Quiet neighbourhood near to Central Park with all the conveniences.

Costs:
$ A bed, a dresser, desk, and comfortable desk chair is provided.

$ Mandatory building move-in/move-out fee. Will also allow for exclusive elevator use during move.

Rent Damage Deposit that will be returned after move-out if no damage to the unit present.

At this time, no one with pet applications will be accepted (unless it is a single hypo-allegenic cat with additional conditions and a pet depot, I'm looking into one hypo allergenic kitten right now as well!)
