Hello everyone! I am looking for a roommate to join my lease available now. Rent is $
plus shared utilities.

a yo junior at CSU majoring in HDNR and I have a small, super cuddly dog with me who would love another dog in the house (no cats). I enjoy horseback riding, gardening, outdoors stuff, snowboarding. pretty much down for whatever. I usually stay in but also love to adventure or have a night out.

To list just a few things about the house:
- large fenced in backyard with garden
- washer and dryer
- private driveway and 1 car garage
- plenty of extra storage space + off street parking
- bath (2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 bath on each floor)
- window AC units upstairs
- central heating
- partially furnished
- quick walk to campus/3 min drive
- close to old town
