Hi! My name is Selina and I am subletting my room in a bath apartment in Landmark for spring (Jan-July ). The apartment is fully furnished, with a common area/living room, full kitchen, and in-unit laundry.

Rent price is $/month (negotiable) and all utilities are included. Apartment amenities include a gym, sauna, tanning beds, yoga studio, garden courtyard area, study rooms, and a Dunkin! The apartment is close to the metro, as well as on the UMD Shuttle route. It is also across the street from campus.
