Description

You would have a furnished room with a full size bed, nightstand, bureau and closet space. You would have access to the entire home including multiple entertainment rooms, an inground pool, a gym, a large yard and deck with grill. All utilities included except a $ stipend for electric if you choose to use an air conditioner. I have portable AC units that I will install. They are expensive to run, hence the stipend. Included are access to unlimited highspeed wireless Internet, Netflix, MAX, YouTube TV and a few others. Very quiet and peaceful home. Weekly professional housekeeping is also included in rent. I rent mostly to traveling nurses, so I only rent to females as you share a bathroom and wing of the house.
