Finished room for rent

Hi! My name is Ollie, and my boyfriend Sean and I are looking for a roommate. We have a B townhome on the west side of Fort Collins. Rent is $ security deposit due with first months rent. Rent is a flat fee that covers all utilities and internet. There is a covered parking space available right in front of house for whoever move in. We have 2 cats who are very friendly but because of that we don’t have room for any more animals. The room does come fully furnished with furniture we don’t plan on moving out. Sean and I both work full time. We tend to work evenings during the week and we work every day of the weekend. We would love to have someone in soon. Please reach out if you are interested.
