The room is in Worcester. The monthly rent is $ which includes all utilities and the room is available on August 1st or September 1st. The house is located 2 miles down the road from UMass University Campus. Our backyard is Lake Quinsig, dock included. Great for swimming, boating, and ice skating. You’ll be living with 4 young professionals, ages , all working at umass. Sounds like a lot of people but the house is big (5 bedrooms, floors). We all stay busy meaning that you will have at least some alone time in the house, alongside plenty of company.
