Hey girl hey! I’m a single, working professional looking for a female roommate to replace my current roomie who is moving out after getting engaged. Everything is fully furnished except the bedroom and bathroom you’d be renting. I am gone most weekends visiting my mom and fly out of town at least a week quarterly for work/pleasure. It is a non smoking household and I am extremely clean and tidy. I have very few gusts over but when I do, I always communicate ahead of time. I will never bring a guy over to spend the night and am hoping to find someone who is of similar mindset since I don’t want BF drama between housemates.
