Room for Rent

Description

Available September 1st, I have one unfurnished, private room for rent on the 2nd floor of a house located in Toronto's Junction neighbourhood. The home is LGBTQ+ friendly.

The area is cute, clean, safe, and very popular with many interesting local businesses, bars, and restaurants. There is easy access to the TTC since the house is close to bus stops for the and is near Dundas West & Keele Station. The closest grocery stores (FreshCo., Loblaws, and NoFrills) are only a short walk/bus ride away.

The room is sq. ft. with large windows. The sliding door opens and overlooks the backyard, and there is a balconette. The closet is big with varied storage cubicles.

The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with myself and one dog. The backyard is shared with the other tenants in the house; however, the deck is only for the tenants on the 1st floor. The garden is available for use.

Rent is all inclusive (heat, water, hydro, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV/internet, etc.).

About me:

I’m a -year-old woman living with my 6-year-old, medium-sized dog and I’m looking for a roommate with whom I can get along and be friends with.

I have a queer/poly lifestyle and enjoy having guests over, but not excessively. I am pretty clean and work from home Mon-Fri from pm. I’m also usually at home otherwise but will go out a few nights during the week/weekends.

I love making others laugh, cooking for people, dancing, reading, running, watching tv/movies, playing video games, taking my dog on adventures, and more. I would love to live with someone who would want to do some or all of these things together but it’s not necessary. I do also like my alone time as well and typically am recharging socially when I’m at home.
