Looking for a renter!

Hi everyone! Delaney, she/her, I’m twenty and live in Cleveland. I recently bought a house in Tremont. My friend who lived there with me is moving and I’m looking for someone to rent her room. I live there as well and we’d share a bathroom, kitchen, and other living spaces. The rent is $ fifty
plus utilities. The house is cozy but spacious and brand newly renovated. We’d live with my 8 lb tiny weiner dog named Beans as well :) looking for someone who is clean and tidy and will help me keep my home as nice as it is!
