* Wi-Fi, Water, and use of onsite washer and dryer are covered, in exchange for occasional help with my sweet and independent cat mainly while I travel or juggling a busy week.

* Electricity (split monthly)
* Private Bathroom: You'll have a mostly private bathroom, which includes a bathtub for relaxing baths. Occasionally, I might need to use the bathtub too, but it is very rare.
* Unfurnished. If you would like to use the dresser you are welcome to do so.

* Place is Conveniently located near public transportation. Sunrail Ponciana 7mins away.

To secure the room, you only need first month’s rent and deposit.
