Hello! I am renting my furnished room with a lease starting in August. My space is a pet friendly, cozy little bedroom and private bathroom in a bathroom apartment.

The apartment is on the 5th floor with excellent light, including three bedrooms, elevators, and laundry facilities in the basement. The building is located on Riverside Dr. right across the street from Riverbank park and the Hudson. On the block is the bus, and M bus.

Roommates are Meg (F, ) and Zoe (F,). They both work full time and Meg mostly stays in Brooklyn throughout the week. The household is quiet and respectful but lively, pet friendly, friendly.
