I'm looking for a responsible person to share a fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment located right in Grote Markt, one of the best areas in town!

The apartment is about m², spacious and bright, and includes everything you need to move in comfortably:

of them are extendable and can be used as beds)
Cutlery & basic kitchenware
Stove
2 bedside tables
Shelving units
Washing machine, fridge, and vacuum cleaner (i both them this Saturday)

It also has its own central heating system, and all utilities are individually metered (gas, electricity, water).

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and values a peaceful and tidy home environment.
This is not a short-term rental – I’m looking for someone interested in a long-term stay.

No drug use – strictly no exceptions.

Monthly rent: € per person, excluding utilities)

Security deposit: € (equal to one month's rent)

Utilities are split equally
