Ultra Modern Looking for (non-smoker), PREFER male responsible roommate, not into heavy drugs or excessive partying. Tenant must be willing to clean up after themselves and help with bathroom cleaning rotation w other housemates and pays rent on time. Ideally looking for people who are mature... employed, grad student or financially stable.

** This is work hard, play hard mentality household. If you only work part-time and sit around most days, barely making ends meet this is not the household for you. If you are a hard-working professional that can balance work and play, let's talk. I have an excellent track record matching up the housemates with trustworthy people and guys end up staying here for a long time because it's very comfortable and relaxing. ABOUT THE BEDROOMS:
Each Bedroom has wood floors, ceiling fan and European inspired design. Very "aesthetic pleasing" space to come home to and relax!! All rooms can be furnished. Each room includes bed frame with moodlighting and headboard reading lamps.)
