hey! i'm kath & have a room open in my apartment. it's a medium-sized bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and closet space. bedroom is big enough for a double/queen bed + desk.

the apt is in the university heights/north park area. it's a two story bath. bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms are on the lower floor, kitchen/living space & half bath are on the upper floor. the space is fully furnished except for your room. space includes in-unit laundry, dishwasher, garbage disposal, heat, & ac. there's a private mailroom, small gym, and tandem parking but street parking is usually available as well.

fyi: total rent is approx. k per month, but since i have the primary bedroom i’m willing to go lower for the other room. k would be my ideal.
