Currently in need of a roommate!

I have one spare bedroom upstairs that will become vacant on July th. There is a bathroom as well upstairs, which you would have to share with the other roommate that is also upstairs. I’m charging $ a month, that includes utilities. I have a decent size kitchen downstairs that you can definitely use, all I ask is that you clean anything you use. The fridge is available too!
