Hi, my name is Michael and I live with two other male software engineers. Our ages range from . We have a private room available. It would share a bathroom with two of us. Technically the city is Tampa, but it's closer to Brandon or Seffner, southeast of the interchange. The monthly rent is $ of the apartment's utilities. You would be added to the lease, which is NOT permanent, but is a requirement of the apartment complex. There is also a $ application fee for background and credit check, but I will pay it if you are a great candidate. The room is available August 1st.

You will need to bring or buy a mattress and/or bed frame.

Respectful, conscientious, and clean
