Live 3mins from Plaza, seconds from hwy. Is a mini town house, have 3 floors, basement, then kitchen, and living room space and on the top floor two bedrooms and one restroom.

I’m renting the second bedroom. It has a queen bed, bed table, multiples dresser, a small smart tv, a fan, heater, and a closet.

Flat fee monthly (that includes everything: rent, water, electricity, internet, amenities, etc).

Looking for a short term contract, female, responsible, clean and mature. No pets allowed, no drugs allowed, etc. $. Tree hundred dollar deposit, that is a hundred % refunded at the end of the contract if there is no damages. The unit has AC in the entire house. Parking is free, is not reserved, but there are plenty of them. I do have cameras inside and outside of the house. The bed room is on the second floor. College student priority.
