Seeking Private Room in Home w/ Dog

Hello! My name is Taelor, and I am a year old occupational therapist who works in home health. I’m seeking a room in a house (or roommate looking to start a lease on a home) and am available as of - though can have flexible move-in.

I come as a package deal with my sweet old man pup who is a lb border collie / black lab mix and is years old. He’s very friendly, loves snuggles, and he’s well-behaved. He can easily be left alone when I’m out for work - and plenty of references there :)

I’ve been renting since years old, am respectful, communicative, and enjoy socializing though can easily keep to myself as well. I don’t drink, but don’t care if you do, and drugs/smoking etc is not for me. I’m only moving at this time after my long-term roommates have gotten married and moved out of the country, so looking for long term and good people to share a home with. Ideally yrs old or so, and not the partying type. I’m also LGBTQIA+ friendly and left leaning, and looking for those with similar types of values and respect for all.

I’m prioritizing the *right* fit, and am looking in the Gilbert/Mesa area primarily though can be flexible to Chandler if the space is right. Please let me know if you have any questions!
