Space heater and sometimes central furnace for winter. (It's a beast, doesn't need much use)

Room can be furnished or unfurnished. I have a small selection of furniture to choose from including a full sized bed, pick your dresser, end-table/cabinet, night stand, desk... more than could fit all at once, you decide what you want.
There is space in the cabinet for you in the shared bathroom. Plenty of room in the fridge too.
No Cats or Dogs, most other pets are welcome. Reptile? Aquarium? Rodent? Sure, that works. Bird? Maybe, if the bird likes me lol.

I'm looking for a room mate that is honest, outgoing, fun to be around, and trustworthy.
