Grad Student Needs Studio

Description

Hi! I'm moving to Miami to start my MFA (Master of Fine Arts) at the University of Miami and I'm looking for a quiet, private place to live — preferably a studio or one-bedroom apartment. I'm a calm, respectful, and extremely organized person. Cleanliness and a peaceful environment are very important to me, as I’ll be focused on my studies and creative projects.

Ideally, I'm looking for a furnished or semi-furnished space, but I’m flexible. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I take great care of the space I live in. I can provide references if needed.
