we are renting a room to shared in a house with 3 bedrooms, all utilities are included (heat, electricity, internet, water), we will shared the bathroom, and the kitchen. this house is located in the heart of the city we are very close to downtown and the highway , Walmart its just 5 minutes away.

we are looking for a quiet and layback person. we will take on consideration a clean person with a decent record.
